COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The prize will go to the first specified amount of winners selected at random.
• The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
• Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• The prize must be redeemed before 28 February 2021.
• The prize must be redeemed as a single entity, the prize cannot be split into component parts.
• Closing date for entry will be 31 October 2020. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• The competition is not open to employees of Serowe Hotel.
• The competition entry mechanism is as follows: Order a meal at Serowe Hotel, to the value of P300 or more, from 30 September to 31 October and your name will be entered into a lucky draw. To enter the competition write your name, surname, telephone number and Omang on your bill and leave it with your waiter. Between the first and the fifth of November a winner will be selected by random draw from all entries received.
• Winners will be contacted by 6 November 2020.
• Serowe Hotel reserves the right to publish names of the winners.
• The competition is open to residents of Botswana only, who are 18 years or older.
• Prize details: The competition prize includes two consecutive night’s accommodation in a Serowe Hotel suite, for two people, to be booked by the winner on a bed and breakfast rate and depending on availability. Two additional meals will be included in the prize at a value of P200 per meal per person. Any beverages or other meals ordered will be for the winner’s own bill to be settled on departure.
• Where judgement is applicable the judges’ decision is final and no correspondence may be entered into.
• Entrants are not able to win more than ONE prize per competition, but entrants can enter as many times as they like.
• Serowe Hotel shall have the right to terminate any promotion immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against Serowe Hotel.
• Serowe Hotel cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions and/or technical failures throughout this promotion.
• Serowe Hotel has made a business decision to request the Omang numbers of all entrants up front and as a result any entry not including an Omang number will be regarded as incomplete.
• Unless specified, transport and costs thereof are excluded.
• Should a winner not accept their prize within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.
